America plays its home matches at the Estadio Azteca (Aztec Stadium in French), the largest stadium in Latin America. Their mascot is an eagle, whose players have taken their nickname Los Aguilas. Before each match, an eagle carries also drawn a circle around the lawn to attract the chance for the home team.

Their main rival is Chivas de Guadalajara, also very popular, and meetings between these clubs give rise to Clásicos (similar to the famous duels Boca Juniors-River Plate or Real Madrid-FC Barcelona). Chivas and America share the honor of being the two most successful clubs in Mexico, Chivas counting 11 championship wins in America and following it with 10.
FC Barcelona:
The history of FC Barcelona was one of the flagships of Catalonia and Catalan, a role highlighted by the motto "my only one club" (in French: "more than a club"). Their duel, known as El Clásico, regularly decides the outcome of the Spanish league with two clubs dominate the charts. Both institutions are also the only ones, with Athletic Bilbao, who participated in all editions of La Liga since its inception in 1929.
Established in the Camp Nou Stadium, which replaces the 1957 Corts stadium, the Blaugrana (in French: "the blue and garnet") won twenty-one championships, twenty-five Spanish Cups, four Leagues Champions, four Cup Winners' Cup, three Inter-Cities Fairs Cup and World Cup clubs. FC Barcelona has won 77 official competitions, making it the most successful club in Spain [1]. This record is to appear at Barca third in the ranking of European football clubs of the twentieth century and the first in the world for the decade 2001-2010 according to the IFFHS [2].
The club is run by Sandro Rosell, elected president June 13, 2010 for a six-year term, succeeding Joan Laporta. His coach Josep Guardiola has since 2008, former Spanish international player trained in Barcelona, which leads to his first season at the club a novel six-fold (championship, cup and Supercup Spain, Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Cup Club World Cup).
