Note Cover temporary insurance Critical Illness

Subject to the exclusions and restrictions, some of which are described below, from the time the insurance application is signed, if the insured is 65 or less, the note provides temporary insurance coverage for the same amount as the provision of critical illness insurance requested up to $ 500 000 per insured person. This term insurance applies to all applications for critical illness in the study conducted with the company. A complete description of term insurance is in Proposition life insurance and critical illness insurance.

We can get term insurance under the cover note if:

* the answers to all questions in the proposal relating to the term insurance are true,
* the answers to all questions contained in the proposal are true and complete, and
* a payment of at least one twelfth of the annual premium payable in respect of the basic contract and in respect of any additional guarantee was attached to the proposal.

Term insurance provides protection immediately and ends on the first of the following events:

* upon the entry into force of the insurance applied
* the day when we refuse the requested insurance and we will then send this same day, a notice of refusal to the address indicated in the proposal
* the 90th day after the date of signing the insurance proposal
* the date on which the applicant is asking us to cancel the proposal, or
* the date when the applicant refuses our offer of insurance.

Although this is unlikely, if we can not complete pricing in 90 days, we will terminate the term insurance and refund premiums already paid.
