Talladega Superspeedway:
Talladega Superspeedway is a sports car and a NASCAR oval located north of the city of Talladega, Alabama.
Built in 1960 on the site of a former airport by the International Speedway Corporation, the company managing the construction and operation of most NASCAR circuit, the circuit of 2.66 miles long (4.28 km) the longest series Sprint Cup circuit and has a capacity of 143,231 spectators.
The starting line is, unlike all other circuits, placed after the pit exit, this unusual placement has affected the outcome of many races. The circuit, adjacent to Interstate 20, is visible from it.
