Murray's hopes shower Tsonga in the final of Queen's

No day off for Tsonga who played his final postponed until Monday because of rain. The French lost in the final of the tournament on grass at Queen's in London against Andy Murray (3-6, 7-6 (7 / 2), 6-4).

The Briton has needed three sets to win his 16th title and afford only 24 years and the second at Queen's after that of 2009.

The French dominated the match and could have concluded when he created two break points at 5-5 in the second inning. He seemed physically weak late in the game, while the Scots, the fourth world, found his tennis.

Tsonga, 19th in the ATP, was playing his first final at Queen's traditional test preparation for Wimbledon (June 20-July 4), and its second season on the circuit after the one in Rotterdam, lost against Sweden's Robin Soderling.

The Manceau had managed the feat of beating the world No.1 Rafael Nadal in the quarterfinals. Murray won his second title at Queen's after 2009 and will be one of the favorites for Wimbledon starting next Monday.
